Not funny, a homeless mentally ill person is a reflection of us not taking care of people that can't care for themselves. That guy in the back has no excuse for looking like he's 80 in the face though.

Maybe he just doesn't have a gorgeous face. There is a slight chance he has some kind of handicap. There's also a slight chance he's one of the worlds' biggest pricks. Don't judge someone on an assumption, especially when you have nothing to back it up.

thats sad that guy looks like he has a mental defect, thats not really funny, plus the other guy looks like he has wet his pants.
